Eagle Rock gathers and processes natural gas from top-tier producers in Texas and Louisiana. Eagle Rock's Midstream assets have exposure to active producers in the Haynesville Shale (East Texas / Louisiana), the Austin Chalk (East Texas) and Granite Wash (Panhandle).

Eagle Rock's Panhandle Segment consists of approximately 3,743 miles of pipeline, 7 processing plants and 131,000 horsepower of compression. In 2009, the Panhandle Segment had average throughput volume of approximately 138 MMcf/d.

Eagle Rock's East Texas / North Louisiana Segment consists of approximately 1,195 miles of pipeline, 7 processing plants and 43,700 horsepower of compression. In 2009, the East Texas / North Louisiana Segment had average throughput volume of approximately 249 MMcf/d.

Eagle Rock's South Texas Segment consists of approximately 266 miles of pipeline, 3 processing stations and 14,700 horsepower of compression. In 2009, the South Texas Segment had average throughput volume of approximately 83 MMcf/d. For reporting purposes, this segment includes Eagle Rock's Midstream assets in Crockett County in West Texas.

Eagle Rock's Gulf of Mexico Segment consists of approximately 40 miles of pipeline, 2 processing plants and 14,180 horsepower of compression. In 2009, the Gulf of Mexico Segment had average throughput volume of approximately 116 MMcf/d.
